We  are so busy in the summer months ,  we simply do not have enough apartments ,and could have rented then four times over some in some areas  .  Our reputation on site of being the best of the best , really  helps  but we look after many apartments and over the past 6 years we have built a huge portfolio of renters that return year after year and this is continually growing . Our new website Is a one stop shop for rentals on site and this was launched January 2020 , hence the request for more rental properties to manage or simply to add to our list for renting. 
 Ideally we would like to property manage all the properties, we  tourist board register each property, and we  can then control the high standard of cleans and customer service we are known for, but  we have taken on properties that are managed by other key holders and indeed will continue to do so for our web site .

The web site has had over 50,000 hits so far. When i receive a possible booking i like to respond 24 hours a day , this also ensures my properties are fully booked .

Winter months can be quiet from November till spring.  Golfers are here October.

Cleaning Service

2 Bed 75€ – 3 Bed 85€

These prices are based on regular cleaning service. If the property has not been cleaned in the last 6 month period then an extra 20€ charge applies this covers extra clean

We also recommend that rental properties have ovens acid cleaned once a year. A private company is hired at 75e for this service.  

Spring Clean

We offer spring cleans which include washing of curtains and blankets, all cupboards and utensils and equipment check  at 150€

we recommended once a year for rental properties 

 Builders Clean

 Perfect for new properties this is a deep clean for 150€
